Frozen Pineapple Gin

• 60 ml Boomsma Dry Gin
• 10 ml sugar syrup
• 15 ml pineapple juice
• 200 gr frozen pineapple pieces
• juice of half a lime
• pineapple and mint for garnish

Puree the pineapple pieces, the Dry Gin, the lime juice, and the pineapple juice until it’s a smooth mass. Pour into a highball glass with crushed ice and garnish with pineapple and mint.
