An elegant cocktail with ingredients that harmoniously blend together into a surprising result.

• 50 ml Boomsma Old Genever – 1 year
• 20 ml red vermouth
• 1 barspoon Orange Curaçao
• 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
• orange peel

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the genever, vermouth, Orange Curaçao and bitters. Stir until the cocktail is cold and pour into a chilled cocktail glass using a strainer. Squeeze the orange peel over the rim of the glass. Serve with the orange peel rolled up in the glass.
