Heat the water and sugar, while stirring, until the sugar has dissolved. Let the mixture cool. Mix the dissolved sugar with the same amount of Blackberry liqueur and the lemon juice. Make a soft sorbet in an ice cream machine or pour the mixture into a freezer box and let it freeze for about 3 to 4 hours. Garnish the ice cream with some blackberries when serving.
