Boomsma Herbal Liqueur is crafted according to our family recipe from 1883. One of the most important parts of making a good herbal liqueur is the selection and blending of the different herbs and spices. These botanicals such as gentian, fennel, liquorice root and nutmeg are macerated to create our herbal liqueur.
Serve it cold, on the rocks, or as an ingredient for a cocktail.

45 ml Boomsma Herbal Liqueur
120 ml ginger beer
lime
a few drops of angostura bitters
Fill the glass completely with ice cubes and add the ginger beer. Squeeze the lime juice over it (half a lime). Then, top up very carefully with the Herbal Liqueur and finish with a few drops of Angostura bitters and some lime wedges.
